Hi, I’m Vidhya Shenoy a Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and over 10 years of experience walking alongside people through both everyday stress and deep emotional challenges.

​

I work with adults and professionals from all walks of life — including those in high-pressure environments like healthcare, law enforcement (CISF), and even correctional settings. My approach is grounded in compassion and backed by tools like CBT, REBT, and trauma-informed care, along with creative methods like expressive arts and dance/movement therapy.

​

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a space to breathe and be heard — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
